Connections require hub setup and, depending on the service, an account, permissions or compatible hardware. Connections still in testing are labeled.

Frequently asked questions

What is HUBI?

A small touchscreen for your desk. It brings together reminders, focus sessions, music, news and your own companion. You choose what to display through the hub, the program running on your computer.

How does the launch reservation work?

Reserve through the Ferced store for ARS 110,000, in 3 interest-free installments. The regular price is ARS 160,000. The initial batch is 10 units, with an estimated delivery time of 15 business days.

Does my computer need to stay on?

Yes: to receive data and use connections, the hub needs to be running on your computer. It gathers information and sends it to HUBI over your local network.

How does it connect?

It is powered by USB-C and connects over 2.4 GHz WiFi to the same local network as the computer running the hub. Initial setup happens on your phone using the QR code on the screen. Networks that isolate devices may prevent the connection.

Can I create my own screens?

Yes. Open the hub dashboard in your browser and use Screens to create pages, choose widgets and adjust their size and layout. When you save, the hub sends that configuration to your connected HUBI.

What do I need to connect my services?

Set them up in Connections, inside the hub. Depending on the service, you need an account, permissions or compatible equipment: WiZ uses your local network and Bambu Lab requires LAN mode. The catalog distinguishes between “Included” and “In testing”; check each connection’s requirements before choosing it.

Does the demo use my accounts or devices?

No. The tour and editor on this website use sample data. They let you explore features without connecting your accounts or controlling real equipment. Seeing a connection in the demo does not confirm it works with your account or device; those labeled “In testing” still need real-world validation.

Which materials and colors can I choose?

The selector offers PLA and PETG as direct options. Other materials are marked “Ask us”. The viewer approximates color and finish; material, color and manufacturing are subject to validation.

Where is my data stored?

Connection settings and credentials are stored on the computer running the hub. Connections using external services communicate with those services and may send them the credentials they need. Review each connection’s permissions and privacy information during setup.
